Poslaju / Courier / Shipping rate
The order will be ship out via courier service. Kindly take note that, all products need to be checked before signing or receiving the package.
For Kuala Lumpur area, we may practise Cash On Delivery.
For overseas countries, we will quote you the best rate separately based on per request basis.
Delivery time
Please allow 3~5 working days for the delivery within Malaysia.
For oversea order, the actual delivery day will depend on your location.
We will only dispatch your order once we had received the acknowledgement of payment from your goodself. Once the shipment is out, we will notify the shipment tracking number by e-mail.
Refund Policy
We will verify the goods conditions before the refund is validate. We regret to advise that we do not entertain any returns which had been received more than 10 days and without our knowledge. So, please inform us within 10 days upon received the merchandise.
We do not refund the shipment charges, only the total value of the product will be refund. We will be issue you a credit note to deduct from your next purchase.
